Suggestion to the Teacher Trainees....
- Introduction should be more interesting by providing puzzling situations, life related activities, role playing etc..
- Instructions for the group activity should be clear and specific.
- Avoid committing spelling mistakes while writing on the black board.
- Teacher should have a high level of subject competency to clarify the doubts raised by students.
- Even though the charts are used by the trainees,try to make them more attractive by introducing variety in it.
- Special consideration should be given to backward students while providing problems in Accountancy.
In teaching you cannot see the fruit of a day's work. It is invisible and remains so, may be for many years.
