Hi, I’m Ryann, and I am a mom to a kindergartener and a third grader. When I’m not cheering on my kids at ballet, in the pool, or on the soccer field, you can find me coaching Girls on the Run or and working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Before that, I was a teacher, so supporting kids and families has always been close to my heart. I’m excited to be involved with the PTA and get to know more of you!
Hi! I’m Brooke Silverthorn, and I’m proud to serve as the Secretary of our CHE's PTA. I’m the parent of Avery, who is in 2nd grade and I joined the PTA to help strengthen the connection between home and school and to support our students, teachers, and staff however I can.
With a background in the legal field, I bring organizational skills and communication to my role and am passionate about building a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all families.
Being part of the PTA has been a rewarding way to stay involved, give back, and work alongside an amazing team of parents and educators. I look forward to continuing to serve our school community and encourage all families to get involved—you can make a big difference!
Hello, my name is Mistina, my daughter’s name is Jahanna, she is in 1st grade. This is my first year in PTA and I am so excited to serve the teachers, kiddos, and parents at CHE. I work for a wonderful company that fits my needs and allows me to partake in PTA. As a single parent, the support I receive from work is a huge blessing. I am a Colorado native and love the springtime weather. In my spare time I love to serve my church family and give back to others in need. We have two fur babies: a rabbit named Carrot and an adorable dog Harlie. I am so thankful for this opportunity and cannot wait to connect with you all.
Hi! I'm Lauren, and I'm excited to be on the PTA board this year. Since moving here 11 years ago, CHE has been central in our relationship with the local community. Our oldest daughter just moved on to KCMS after growing up at CHE, and our remaining three kids (5th, 2nd, K) are proud Colts who can often be found on the playground or running around the neighborhood. Prior to being a full time mom, I was a professional pastry chef, and my husband is an avid space nerd. I love cooking, gardening, making new friends, and building our community!
Incoming Treasurer
Autumn Fishel
2026-2028
Hi, I’m Autumn — mom to Lillianna in second grade and bonus mom to Remi in Pre-K.
Professionally, I have a background in financial management across multiple businesses and currently run a nonprofit focused on bridging the gap in affordable housing. I’m someone who naturally takes initiative, stays organized, and ensures things get done.
I joined the PTA to be part of a great group supporting our school and kids and to stay meaningfully involved.
When I’m not working, I enjoy camping, going to concerts, and spending time at our land in Texas.
Board-At-Large:
Mesha Wells
2025-2026
Hi, I’m Mesha! My husband and I are Coloradans with three rescue dogs and two kiddos that happily attend CHE (the kids, not the dogs). My mixed background is in Early Childhood Education and real estate. In addition to family and friends, concerts, witty banter, and word searches warm my ticker. I am excited to partake in the continued efforts to support our school!
Board-At-Large:
McKenna Herling
2026-2027
Hi! I’m McKenna, mom to first graders (and twins) Leo and Aurora. I am originally from southern California but after completing my Master of Social Work at USC, I convinced my Chicago-native husband to head to Colorado for a new adventure. We eventually settled here in Littleton and now I cannot imagine ever leaving. When I am not busy with my kiddos, I love crafting, writing, escaping to the mountains, quality time with my people and our pit bull mix, Bonnie.
I joined the PTA because I have always valued education and felt an immense gratitude for educators. Growing up, my dad was PTA president every year that I was in elementary school and I like to think I’d be making him proud. Our family opted in to attend CHE so my son could benefit from the wonderful ASD program. Seeing my own children thrive at CHE has only strengthened my desire to give back to our school and community.
