Northern Tier

What is Northern Tier?  The Northern Tier High Adventure Experience is a premier outdoor program offering Scouts a unique wilderness adventure in the remote northern regions of Minnesota, Canada, and Michigan. It is focused on canoeing and wilderness exploration, often in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) and Canada’s Quetico Provincial Park or Atikokan region.
