Welcome to my webpage!
I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at The University of Queensland.
My main field of interest is Macroeconomics. I am also interested in applied econometrics and international economics.
I combine theory and empirical evidence to study the role of sectoral heterogeneity (input-output linkages and flexibility in production) and households' heterogeneity (inequality and indebtedness) in shaping the response of aggregate outcomes (GDP volatility, downturns, interest rates) to various economic shocks (productivity shocks, financial shocks, fiscal shocks). I also study the normative implications of the resulting models.
