Submission + registration

Camera-ready papers (workshop + shared task)

Camera-ready copies of the papers must be submitted via START by Wed 2 Nov 2016, 23:59 GMT. 

This is a strict deadline and no further extensions can be granted as we will be on a very tight schedule!

Please follow the official COLING 2016 formatting instructions for camera-ready papers carefully, using the style-sheets provided by COLING (http://coling2016.anlp.jp/#instructions). Also make sure that you include the CC license information as an unnumbered footnote on the first page. Papers that are not formatted properly might not be included in the workshop proceedings.

• Length limits are as follows:

  • workshop papers: 10 pages of content + 2 pages for references

  • shared task papers: 5 pages of content + 1 page for references

Papers must be in PDF format and have to be submitted electronically via START (https://www.softconf.com/coling2016/CogALex-V/). Once you have received the notification of acceptance, you will be able to upload a camera-ready copy of your submission.

Note that at least one of the authors of each paper has to to register.  A paper will not be included in the proceedings if none of its authors is registered. For the registration go here : http://coling2016.anlp.jp/#instructions

Initial submission

The submissions should be written in English and be anonymized for review. They must comply with the style-sheets provided by Coling: http://coling2016.anlp.jp/#instructions

• Long papers may consist of 8 pages of content, plus 2 pages for references. The final version may be up to 10 pages for the content and 2 pages of references.

• Short papers may consist of up to 4 pages of content, plus 1 page for references. The final version may be up to 5 pages for content and 1 page for references.

Shared task submissions

• Please submit via START page of main workshop: https://www.softconf.com/coling2016/CogALex-V/

• Make sure to set the submission type to Shared Task (4 pages) and follow the submission instructions carefully: https://sites.google.com/site/cogalex2016/home/shared-task#submission
