Women Helping Women project basket for whenever you can make it.
I've attached printable instructions at the bottom of the page for this pictured baskets HOWEVER please feel free to make your donation basket (with handle) any way you would like.
Pictured basket dimensions 8"L X 5"W X 6"H
The example pattern uses:
12 each = 24" stakes 5/8" flat4 each = 16" fillers 3/8" flat
3/8" flat for weavers
1/4" flat for lashers
2 each = 1/2" flat oval for rim
30" of sea grass for filler
5/8" or 1" webbing for handles with 2 each cut 20"
Color weavers or stakes can be used and you can make the tote taller if you wish. You will need to make the stakes a bit longer.
Please try to find items that would be a good fit for these baskets' contents.
