As a learning facilitator, partnering with other departments/disciplines to support collaborative partnerships and quality patient outcomes reaffirms my commitment to excellence. By integrating clinical expertise with adult learning principles, the role can truly be a catalyst for transformation. Additional fulfilling aspects of the role are being a part of an exemplary team that influences organizational education, inspiring staff to embrace life-long learning for personal and professional growth and being an advocate for the specialty.
