Second phase, 200 years. Continued from physical spinup of prior phase, initialized iBGC, Helium and BLING at year 1. Output located in /archive/edg/perth_2008_10/CM2M-coarse_090406.
Third phase, 200 years. Continued from physical & bgc spinup of prior phase at year 201, switched to newly available interactive chlorophyll -shortwave with BLING. Output located in /archive/edg/perth_2008_10/CM2M-coarse_090406_interactive. Note that BLING carbon was corrupted at this point due to an error in the data table. Continued running regardless. iBGC was unaffected by this.
Fourth phase, 598 years. Continued from physical & bgc spinup of prior phase at year 401. One neutral physics parameter was tweaked slightly at year 400 (reduced agm_slope from .12 to .1) in order to weaken the stratification of the Southern Ocean.
