Clash of the Carolinas Itinerary

Players and Coaches must be present for all activities associated with the all-star game!

Friday June 14th:

Players should eat a hearty breakfast prior to arrival at the all-star event.

12:00pm

NC & SC ( both men's & women's) Teams report to Hilton Garden Inn (Dogwood Meeting Room) for Check-In.

***Players will have lunch upon arrival***

Players will report ready for training session (players are encouraged to represent their HS by wearing schools training gear/t-shirts).

Welcome Introduction & Guidelines/Rules Review, Players will change for pictures

12:30pm

Transport to OrthoCarolina Sportsplex for Team/Group Pictures & Training

3:15pm

Transport team to hotel for room check-in / prepare and change for banquet

5:30pm

Banquet at Charlotte Catholic HS (1st bus load at 4:45pm)

7:45pm

Begin busing teams to Spare Time Bowling

8:00pm - 10:00pm

Team Outing at Spare Time Bowling

Saturday June 15th:

7:00 - 8:30am

Breakfast at hotel

8:30am

Women's teams check out of hotel and bus to Sportsplex for pre-game

10:00am

Women's Match

Men's teams check out of hotel and bus to Sportsplex for pre-game

12:00pm
