CLA Leasing Agent and Property Manager of 200+ rental units, Derek Jontz, holds a degree from NIU.  With over a  decade of renting experience around the NIU area and residing in Dekalb for nearly 30 years, Derek will be able to answer any questions regarding NIU or the City of Dekalb.  Great with people and Customer Service, If he is not at the Dekalb 815 rental office , you will likely find him instructing water aerobics to the ladies at the YMCA, hunting mushrooms or arrowheads, or on the prowl for cassette and 8-track tapes (wait til you see his office).
