All apartments at the Civic Center Apartments have the same amenities and features.

One-bedroom units are 588 sq ft for $1,200.00/month and two-bedroom units are 758 sq ft for $1,350.00/month; both require a $500.00 security deposit upon move-in.

All units include the following features:

• Full bath with cabinetry
• Full kitchen with garbage disposal, gas range, and oven
• Common area
• Pets allowed ($500.00/pet required)

Utilities included with rent are gas, water, trash, and sewage.

Amenities include an onsite coin operated washing machine and dryer; one assigned carport with storage unit; two dumpsters; and the onsite property manager.

Please note that the units do not have dishwashers or central air. There are, however, wall mounted gas powered heaters located in each living room. Air conditioning window units may be purchased and installed at the tenant's own expense.
