System Model
Purpose
Statistics of DNA storage channels have not fully been analysed yet.
Decoding of LDPC codes needs log-likelihood ratio (LLR) to compute inputs of their variable nodes.
We propose two strategies: S1) direct scaling LLRs and S2) scaling pairwise substitution error rates.
