因此,以下简报分享内容除了能了解自己的体质,如何的养生,如何的保健,就算得了疾病,应该如何的预防以及改变生活习惯来避免病情恶化。
什么是乳糖不耐症?
又称乳糖消化不良或乳糖吸收不良,是指人体内不能有效消化摄入的乳糖、并产生不良反应的一种状态。其主要原因是消化系统内缺乏水解乳糖所必需的乳糖酶。乳糖酶缺乏或活性低下会导致乳糖不耐症,表现为饮奶后出现肠鸣、腹胀、腹痛、排气甚至腹泻等症状。乳糖不耐症在华人中比较常见。
什么是牛奶过敏?
是指免疫系统对于牛奶中的蛋白质产生过敏反应,主要症状是胃肠道、皮肤和呼吸的过敏反应。
奶牛过敏与乳糖不耐症的不同!!
牛奶过敏属于食物过敏,但乳糖不耐症是缺乏需要消化牛奶中的乳糖的酶。。
What is Lactose Intolerance?
Lactose Intolerance is a common digestive problem where the body is unable to digest lactose, a type of sugar mainly found in milk and dairy products. Symptoms of lactose intolerance include: flatulence (wind) and diarrhoea.
What is Milk Allergy?
Milk Allergy is an adverse immune reaction to one or more of the constituents of milk from any animal (most commonly alpha S1-casein, a protein in cow's milk). This milk-induced allergic reaction can involve anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening condition.
Difference between Milk Allergy and Lactose Intolerance.
Milk allergy is a food allergy which is normally harmless to the non-allergic individual whereas Lactose intolerance is a nonallergic food sensitivity, and comes from a lack of production of the enzyme lactose which required to digest the predominant sugar in milk.

牛奶的好坏之处
《本草纲目》中曰:【牛乳, 味甘性微寒,无毒,能补虚,止渴,养心肺,解热毒,润皮肤....】
据牛奶营养专家多年研究证实,每天喝一杯牛奶对人体至少有13个好处 :
1. 牛奶中的钾可使动脉血管在高压时保质稳定,减少中风危险;
2. 牛奶可阻止人体吸收食物中有毒的金属铅和镉;
3. 酸奶和脂肪可增强免疫系统功能,阻止肿瘤细胞增长;
4. 牛奶中的铁、铜和卵磷脂能大大提高大脑的工作效率;
5. 牛奶中的钙能增强骨骼和牙齿、减少骨骼病发生;
6. 牛奶中的铁、铜和维生素A有美容作用;
7. 牛奶中的酪氨酸能促进激素(血清素的大量增长);
8. 牛奶中的镁能使心脏耐疲劳;
9. 牛奶中的锌能使伤口更快愈合;

但喝牛奶的坏处:

牛奶虽然含有丰富的动物蛋白、钙质及多种维生素、矿物质,对人体很有益处,但牛奶也不是百利而无一害,如果喝法不正确,或身体条件不允许,喝牛奶就不好。在临床中发现,87%七到八岁的小孩及95%华人的成年人有乳糖不耐症,许多孩子因过分依赖牛奶而造成体质过敏,以及体内缺铁和缺少维生素,所以牛奶也必须适量饮用,除此之外一定要注意不能晨起空腹喝奶,因为人体空腹时胃肠蠕动快,牛奶中营养物质往往来不及被吸收就匆匆进入大肠。牛奶中含钙丰富,因此临睡前喝杯牛奶,可补偿人体夜间对钙的需求。此外牛奶不宜加糖煮沸,最好新鲜饮用,如太冷稍稍加热即可。
