The Brunswick Letters

The Churchill Archives Centre, Churchill College,Cambridge was purpose-built in 1973 to house Sir Winston Churchill's paperssome 3000 boxes of letters and documents ranging from his first childhood letters, via his great war-time speeches, to the writings which earned him the Nobel Prize for Literature.

He discusses plans to see her during term time and a visit to the theatre to see "[HMS] Pinafore" The letter is dated to 1887, but internal evidence suggests that it dates to 1888.
