About Me
I am a senior research fellow at the Data Management and Analytics Graduate Lab (DMAL) in the School of Computer Engineering in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is part of the COSBY (COmputational Systems BiologY) Research Group.
My research goal is to apply computational knowledge to address real-world challenges. My current interest is in analysis and visualization of biological networks with the goal of improving combination therapy for complex diseases such as cancer, using scalable machine learning and graph mining approaches. Other on-going projects includes DAVINCI, a data management project, which involves mining useful graph patterns for use in constructing graph queries for small and large graph databases.
My broader interests include data mining, graph analysis, algorithm development and knowledge discovery.
