This association will be based on the promotion of education, culture, humanities, science and technology, the arts and promote academic research as the main function of the organization. Promote academic research and practice of the "People's Technology and Innovation Management" campaign for the idea, to enhance the overall quality of talent the country to shorten the gap between academia, promote international exchanges of industry-academia, cultivate and training integrated talents who are in line with the humanities, science and technology, creativity and innovation management for the national-wide industry-academia.
