Chi-Yuan Chen (Justin), Ph.D.

Chi-Yuan Chen received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Dong Hwa University in 2014. Dr. Chen is currently a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Ilan University since 2014. His research interests include Network Security, Mobile Communication and Quantum Communication. He has served as Executive Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Internet Technology (JIT), Associate Editor of IEEE Access, IET Networks, IET Quantum Communication, Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS), Journal of Computers (JoC). He has authored or co-authored more than 80 international journal and conference papers, including IEEE Network, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, and IEEE Access. He is a senior member of the IEEE.

陳麒元為國立東華大學電機博士，現為國立宜蘭大學資訊工程學系教授，並兼任教務處數位學習資源中心主任。其主要研究領域涵蓋網路安全、行動通訊技術、量子通訊，現為Journal of Internet Technology (JIT) 執行總編輯，IEEE Access、IET Networks、IET Quantum Communication、Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS)、Journal of Computers (JoC)  等國際期刊之編輯。其擁有SCJP、SCWCD、MCP、MCAD.Net、CEH、ISO 27001 LA、CCAI-CCNAS、EXIN Cloud、CCSK等專業國際證照。
