Training

We train weekly on a Monday evening throughout the winter season from Sept through to around April time. This is run this by our coach.  It is a mixture of skill training, fitness and match play.  Training costs are £3 per session (1st session is free) to pay in case on the day or included in subs for members.

Training takes place from 7.30pm till 9.30pm at Coopers School.
