For Bank Transfer : Please ask details from tina@chineselearningcentre.co.uk

For paypal : Please pay directly online.

Step 3: We confirm your payment and your class place is confirmed.

For Children's home Private tuition:

POLICY:

• Please make sure that your Email address is updated, all of our invoices are first sent out through Email.

• The class will be cancelled if the registration is not more than 5 children; your tuition payment will be fully refunded.

• Please make your cheque payable to Chinese Learning Centre Ltd and send to suit 288, 34 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0RH. There will be a 20 pounds charge on each returned check. Cash payment is also acceptable if you pay at the school.

• Tuition is 100 % refundable before the payment deadline. There will be a 30 pounds cancellation fee if the cancellation is made after registration deadline. Tuition is not refundable after the session has started on each academic term.

• For all private tuition, payment of 5/10 hours must be received and acknowledged before the first lesson.

• Any cancellation of the private tuition or changes of the tuition time before 24 hours is a charge of £10, full fee charge applies within 24 hours.
