我在中央大學大氣科學系完成學士與碩士學位, 碩士班專研MM5與WRF模式雲微物理模組, 後至氣象局工作，主要負責測試與研發全球資料同化系統，所使用的系統為 NCEP GSI(Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation)，在氣象局工作的六年裡，最後身兼全球資料同化小組組長一職，帶領小組成員研發各種先進資料同化領域之技術，協助完成測試Global Ensemble Predication System for Typhoon Track, Hybrid 3DEnVar, Time lagging member for hybrid DA, Scale-dependent weighting, 與 Hybrid 4DEnVar之相關技術。

研究興趣：Hybrid Data Assimilation, Ensemble Kalman Filter, Initial Uncertainties, Targeted Observation, Singular Vectors, Ensemble Forecasting, Forecast Sensitivity, Predictability, Track Prediction, Tropical Meteorology, Numerical Weather Prediction, Cloud Microphysics, Heavy Orographic Rainfall, Rainfall Efficiency, Typhoon Track Prediction.
