我在中央大學大氣科學系完成學士與碩士學位, 碩士班專研MM5與WRF模式雲微物理模組, 後至氣象局工作,主要負責測試與研發全球資料同化系統 ,所使用的系統為 NCEP GSI(Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation),在氣象局工作的六年裡,最後身兼全球資料同化小組組長一職,帶領小組成員研發各種先進資料同化領域之技術,協助完成測試Global Ensemble Predication System for Typhoon Track, Hybrid 3DEnVar, Time lagging member for hybrid DA, Scale-dependent weighting, 與 Hybrid 4DEnVar之相關技術。
