🚗Overflow parking: Is available at 4361 Weldin Road, Wilmington, DE 19803.
💸Pay for parking: Please note that Delaware State Park entrance fees for parking are in effect! DE registered vehicle $4 per day, out-of-state registered vehicle $8 per day. Exact change is necessary or you can use a card at the kiosk. Delaware State Parks is a self-supporting park system and the daily entrance fees are applied directly to the operation and maintenance of the park area.
🗑️💧Trash & water: Each team will be provided 1 case of water and a trash bag when you check in. Please make sure there is no trash left at the end of the day!
🧊Trainers: There will be 2 trainers available for your taping and ice needs. One trainer tent will be located between fields 1 & 2 and the second trainer tent will be near field 3.
🍔🎽Concessions & swag: Burgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs and pulled pork (courtesy of Smokin Jim's) will be available for purchase at the pavilion. Along with tournament shirts, tanks, swag, & raffle baskets (Eagles tickets, Phillies tickets, Wawa swag, booze!) galore!

🐕Dogs: Are allowed at Alapocas as long as they are on a leash at all times. And please clean up after your dogs.
🚫ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED! We hope that everyone will respect this rule so local rugby clubs can continue to use the facilities at Alapocas. Join us for a drink at the post-tournament social!

Tournament details:
Teams must be in good standing with USA Rugby and all players MUST be CIPPed with USA Rugby in order to participate.
A temporary/weekly membership is available to any players that need to CIPP. Registration is available in RugbyXplorer. Please use that temporary ID# on the roster.
For the weekly membership: In Rugby Xplorer - search "At Large - Senior Club," then choose player, senior club weekly. Complete the registration process. The number you receive at the end is your temporary USA Rugby ID.
All rosters need to be shared with Stephanie Ottino (stephottino@gmail.com or president@brandywinerugby.org) via email ahead of the tournament. We are a USA Rugby sanctioned event so we need everyone's rosters ahead of time! We appreciate your timely response.
Team captains must check-in prior to the team's 1st match. Check-in will begin at 8:00AM.
Roster limit is 12 players per team. Players may not cross teams (NO EXCEPTIONS). Once a player has played in a match for a team, they may not play for another team in the tournament.
Rolling substitutions - please make all substitutions at a stoppage in play and with the permission of the referee - this isn't hockey!
Forfeit score will be 28-0 (4 converted tries)
