Rose has been raising dairy goats and making cheese since 1988.
She received her Wisconsin State Cheesemakers License in 2012.
She has been teaching cheesemaking classes since 2015.
She loves watching her students have fun learning how their favorite cheeses are made, and getting to make their own.
Rose created her signature Moo-sa-bee Cheese in 2014.
Moo-sa-bee is quark flavored with wasabi and honey
It tastes great with pretzels or as a spread
It was awarded 2nd place in its category in the 2019 United States Championship Cheese Competition
