Confucius Institutes Around the World from 2004 to 2018 (Version 1.0).

This dataset contains information on Confucius Institutes that is largely extracted from the Office of Chinese Language Council International a.k.a Hanban (http://english.hanban.org/node_10971.htm), which sponsors Confucius Institutes worldwide. Start dates of some Confucius Institutes were not available on Hanban's website, as such external sources were used and the links to these sources are posted in the dataset.
