1. Complete Athletic Forms Online

2. Go to the Chatfield Athletics Page, click on the "Athletic Registration" tab, fill out and submit the form.

3. Pay the $185 School Athletics Fee

   • After team selection, watch for additional information on payment through the Friday Charger News. At that time, you can either pay online with a credit card through your JeffcoConnect account, or if you prefer, you can drop off a check for the $185 athletic fee in the main office.  This is usually charged the first few weeks of the season.

4. Pay the $250 Team Fee 

• • Pool Usage fee, athlete's cost of the banquet, helmet (swim cap), and team shirt.  It will be established as a student fee online once the rosters are finalized in November for Girls Season and March for Boys. Note: Kings Soopers can be applied to payment if funds are available when due.

5. Gear Order for the season.  Team Shirt from Out of Breath Sports is required.

6. Sign Up Here to fulfill your Volunteer sessions - Four are required including two at the Coaches Invite

7. Meet Day Snack Box Sign Up - Sign up to bring food or drinks to swim meets.

8. To receive team emails PLEASE Reach out to chatfieldswimdive@gmail.com and make sure to include in the email swimmer or diver name, parent name, contact information for both of you (Email and a phone number) as well as the expected graduation year.
