Homebrewing

Inspired by the great brewing of my older brother, I've been home-brewing quality beer from grains and all-wort kits since June 2009. I don't fiddle around with extracts!

Starting in an empty closet of my tiny apartment in Edmonton, AB, I've now dedicated a small storage room in Victoria, BC to continue my small-scale production and share the technique with friends.

I've produced the following varieties: Prairie Wheat Ale, Belgian Wheat Ale, Munich Dark Lager, "Black Forest" Lager (Choke Cherry and Munich Dark Malt), Pale Ale, Maple Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Red Ale, India Red Ale, Imperial IPA, Oatmeal Stout, Dry Irish Stout, Chocolate Porter, Pumpkin Ale, Extra Special Bitter, Black Spruce Stout, Chocolate Orange Stout, and Heirloom Apple Saison.

I've also made some wine varietals, with quite good results: pinot grigio, sauvingon blanc, chianti, and merlot.
