Ok, the name definitely needs work, but our new brewing trinity (Zaid, Alli, and I) are well on our way to sipping a great Imperial IPA.
We used my older brother's secret recipe for the all-grain batch, and have it fermenting right now...
I'm hoping this redemption beer will put us back on track after a bad batch of ESB from grain that was spoiled with Bretannomyces...
Looking forward to the unveiling ceremony in a few weeks ;-}
