If your Moen single handle faucet is failing, most likely you will need to replace the cartridge. There are several models - most of the Pulte homes use Model # 1225B. We have found them previously at the Reston Home Depot. Also, you may need to also purchase a cartridge puller (or borrow Tom Hall's) as they can be difficult to remove.
