I am an associate professor of Applied Physics at the University of Milan (Italy), where I teach Medical Physics at the International Medical School and for other study programs of the Faculty of Medicine.

My research group, part of the Complex Fluids and Molecular Biophysics Lab, is named φως (fos), the Greek word for light and an acronym that stands for Fluctuations, Optics and Soft matter, three defining keywords of our scientific interest.

We have a broad focus on the structure, the dynamics and the working processes involving soft and biological materials.

We rely on collaborations with international partners, both in academia and industry and we are always happy to make new friends!
