We request your cooperation by observing the following guidelines:
1. Keys. All necessary keys will be given the week before and are to be left in the mail box at departure time.
2. Charges. Final payment is to be left in the mail box upon departure unless other arrangements are made. Any damages to the facilities are the responsibility of the visiting group.
3. Prohibited. Tobacco and alcohol use are prohibited at the LTC.
4. Rented facilities. Only the facilities rented can be used. The use or entrance into other rooms or spaces is prohibited.
5. Water and Electricity. Please help us keep costs down and help the environment by turning off the lights and water when not in use.
6. Cleaning. The general cleaning of the facilities used is the responsibility of the group. All cleaning equipment and products are provided by the LTC for your use. We ask that you leave the facilities as you would like to find them!
7. Personal Accidents. Personal accidents, losses, or damages to the personal property of group members are the responsibility of the group and not the LTC. Likewise, any necessary medical treatment will be the responsibility of the group and not the LTC.
8. Children. Due to the inherent dangers of any facility (stairs, heights, playground, etc.) all children’s activities must be carefully monitored by responsible people.
9. Playground. Only children are to use the playground equipment.
10. Sports Field. To avoid personal injuries and damage to the facilities, soccer, basketball, and other ball-related games are not allowed outside the Sports Field.
