Ordering & Shipping

Please note we can only ship to U.S. destinations at the moment. We are working on getting exporting permits. If you are interested in international shipments please contact us and let us know so we can give you the latest information.

Orders are placed by contacting us through email. You must include your name, title and organization name or we will not reply. Once availability, quantities desired, product pricing and shipping/handling costs are communicated the next step is payment.

We accept 3 forms of payment:

Paypal - Once the payment through Paypal has been received the order will be prepared and shipped. When you place your order we will give instructions for payment through Paypal.

Check - Once we receive the check AND it clears we will ship your products. Checks can be mailed to the P.O. Box address on the "Contact Us" page.

Money Order - Once we receive the money order we will ship your products. Money orders can be mailed to an address provided at the time of the order.

For frozen venom, we typically use FedEx to ship our packages First Overnight and they require a signature upon receipt. Other carriers can also be used if you prefer but they will also require some form of delivery confirmation. The frozen venoms must be shipped overnight; however, the lyophilized and air dried can be shipped in a time frame that suits your needs, which is much cheaper.

Customers in the RTP area can have their products hand delivered for a minimal shipping and handling charge. In some cases we may be able to extract and deliver the same day for the freshest product.
