Restanden Lists often list conscripts who were in America. These lists are available on FamilySearch at the following link: Military records
The DGS numbers for the Restanden Lists are 8794163 to 8794167.
The headings for these films can be found below:
Example from the Restanden lists show two conscripts. Peder Pedersen Nielsen is in Australia and Niels Christensen Sorensen is in America. Both are from Schads.
Another source which may provide information on military conscripts deserting the military can be found on FamilySearch DGS 8794249 [image 335]. Sample headings are below:
