TROUBLESHOOTING

I CAN'T SEE THE DIRECTORY!

1. You must have filled out the registration and indicated that we can share your information. It may take up to 48 hours for us to give you authorization (usually MUCH quicker)

2. Different browsers behave differently and we have had some problems with Google Chrome (odd since the web site and the directory are google products, but go figure!) -- it may help to try Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. I use Mac Safari and it works fine.

3. Because this site uses Google tools, you must have a Google account. When you create a google account, you get a gmail email address which will be your google id. You do not have to use this email address but you will need to be signed in to google to see the directory.

   1. Go to GOOGLE.COM

   2. You may have to click on SIGN IN at the top right

   3. If you have a Google account, simply sign in (be sure it uses the same google id you gave at registration)

   4. If you don't have a Google account, click on Sign up for a new Google account and follow the directions

   5. If all else fails, email janeking1@gmail.com for help
