Throughout the year it is necessary for the HOA to contact the homeowners for a variety of reasons. Meetings, election notices, events, promotions and dues billing just to name a few. Due to the high cost of communicating via the mail, this method is only used when necessary. Currently our source of communicating is via the distribution of flyers, the use of signage throughout the neighborhood, the Cedar Ridge web site and posting announcements on our neighborhood Facebook page. If you are a Facebook user, please join our group. We are currently working on a homeowner database. Future HOA announcements and information may be sent to you via email. Your contact phone number will be used only in an emergency. None of the information will be shared to any outside source. We urge you and your spouse to provide your contact information so we can update our files.
