The Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Cedar Acres Association will be held Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., via virtual video/audio conference (please check the Annual Meeting Notice or contact the D.H. Bader Managing Agent at 301-953-1955 for meeting details).
The purpose of the meeting is to elect up to 2 (two) members to the Board of Directors. If a quorum of Members (10% or 18 Lot Owners) is not present at that meeting by 7:15 pm the procedure authorized by the Maryland HOA Act will be invoked and a majority of the members present at that meeting may adjourn the original meeting in favor of a reconvened annual meeting to occur at a subsequent date no less than 15 days after the close of the original meeting as determined by the Board of Directors (by notice to be sent to homeowners).
The purpose of this reconvened meeting, if needed, is the same – it is a continuation of the original meeting and shall be for the election of up to three (3) Lot Owners to the Board of Directors. At the reconvened meeting, the members present in person or by proxy shall constitute a quorum. A majority of the members present in person or by proxy may approve or authorize the proposed action at the reconvened meeting and may take any other action which could have been taken at the original annual meeting if a quorum of members had been present.
