AMEX Membership Rewards
Rewards points discrepancy
SUMMARY
American Express shows some discrepancy with the rewards points before and after logging into my AMEX account.
Here are some pictures of the Membership Rewards Travel Page before logging in to my account (click on the image to make it bigger):
On the Southwest Airlines section, it clearly shows that only 1500 points are required for one (1) Rapid Rewards Award. However, this is what I get after logging in to my account:
Somehow the points required for one (1) Rapid Rewards Award changes to 3000.
