ISAS 2019 in Vietnam

Prof. Chang led two members of our lab, S,-L, Chiang and J.-S. Chang, to attend International Symposium Applied Science 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology(HCMUT), Vietnam and present posters with topic "A dual anticancer molecule can be a theranostic via photo-induced nuclear transport mechanism" and"Synchronous fluorescence and Raman enhancement on the basis of nanoplatfrom-enable surface plasmon resonance".
