FALL SCHOOL 2017
September 29- October 1, 2017
Fall School is a volunteer sponsored, fun filled opportunity for you to come to camp and make new friends as well as connect with old ones. It’s a chance to come and take classes in all kinds of areas – crafts, cooking, skills, certifications, and so much more. This year we are able to offer 3 certifications to our participants – Archery, Zip Line, and 1st Aid/CPR. Fall School participants will receive preference for certification classes. Your Fall School Committee has planned so many activities – evening games and crafts, an auction, a movie, and the traditional Bingo Game. We have packed the weekend with lots of action, tradition, and fun. Come dressed as your favorite Alice In Wonderland character. Service Units can compete for Bay Shop Gift Certificates in the categories of largest number of participants, largest numbers of first timers, and largest number in costume. Very cool and creative items will be up for auction. In addition, the Camp Store staffed by the Bay Shop will be open during the day on Saturday. Call in an order and have it brought down, pick up stuff that the Service Unit might call in, and/or just browse and take home some cool stuff. Where else can you go for $50.00 and get 2 night’s accommodations, 4 meals, untold fantastic experiences, and all the learning and fun you could possibly want? Come as a group – come by yourself – come for the weekend – come for the day – just come and have a blast! We all spend a lot of time giving the girls great positive experiences. Come give yourself some positive experiences!
You can start by reading the information contained on the website. Print out the Registration form found at the end of the Course Descriptions. Make sure you make 2nd and 3rd choices for classes so that we do not have to try and connect with you when the class you want is full. Please fill out the entire form and add your expenditures for the certifications you have signed up for to the total cost. Instructors may subtract $5.00 for each different class they are teaching. Write one check payable to GSCB Fall School, place it in an envelope with a stamped self addressed envelope and your registration form, and send it to Laura Voshell, 42 Cedarfield Road, Magnolia, DE, 19962.
We look forward to seeing you at Fall School 2017 – Who Dunnit?
