- Had overall responsibility for the design and implementation of 29 external exams in 5 foreign languages to more than 11,000 candidates with the participation of a team of 15 coordinators, 50 item writers, 100 examiners and 100 assistants.
- Headed team that conducted the external evaluation of a foreign language university department, including criteria standardization, observation coordination and supervision, and report drafting.
- Directed a professional development centre for teachers and other school staff from approximately 150 institutions. During her term, the organization experienced a 400% increase in the number of courses offered, and 60% increase in the timetable coverage for a larger number of institutions.
- Coordinated over 150 experts in different areas for the delivery of professional development activities.
- Chaired conference organizing committees, the largest of which lasted 3 days and had 1,000 participants from Argentina and abroad.
- Designed and supervised implementation of regular opinion surveys for individuals and institutions.
- Organized and implemented visits of international speakers.
- Directed a research project commissioned by the government of Uruguay, and won through a competitive bid, that comprised the assessment of a program implemented in 14 educational institutions. This study included the assessment of over 450 children and an opinion survey of more than 600 participants (teachers, parents, heads, supervisors).
- Negotiated and implemented cooperation agreements with universities and other national and foreign institutions (e.g. UdeSA, UTDT, UCEMA, AACI)
- Assessed and supervised numerous undergraduate and graduate research projects in education, linguistics, English, etc.
- Participated in Search Committees for university positions and scholarships for different organizations (UNLP, UdeSA, British Council).
- Is regularly consulted by local television and radio programs on educational matters.
