How it Works

Timeshare Rental Process

The rental process for selecting and reserving a weekly unit is below. If you have any questions, please let me know. The overall process takes about an hour to initiate and a few weeks to receive final confirmation.

1. Buyer selects available week

2. Buyer pays for rental using PayPal (chadarnold23@gmail.com)

3. Buyer provides renter information to seller for reservation

   • Information needed includes: name, email, and mailing address

4. Seller reserves unit on Buyer's behalf

5. Seller contacts resort to add renter to reservation

6. Seller sends buyer email confirmation of reservation

7. One week (or more) before travel, the resort will send Buyer welcome package

Seller pays guest-of-owner fee and all other fees which will allow renter to get all the amenities the owner typically receives. Buyer does not pay any required fees, only the sale price.
