Registration Reservation and Waiting List Forms
RETURNING members: Current members should check their email for an update about registration and the AGM. The 2019 form will be available soon and posted here. Filling out this form will reserve your plot until the Annual General Meeting. Members must attend the Annual General Meeting in order to pay for their plot and complete their registration. Payment can be made via cheque, money order or exact cash at the AGM (cheque or money order is preferred). Please do not send an e-mail transfer.
WAITING LIST: To join the waiting list fill out the registration intent form above. No payment is due until you are offered a plot. If/when you are assigned a plot, payment may be due right away. No refunds. Depending on demand, you may get a plot right away or you may be offered one throughout the season. Waiting lists expire every year, so if you filled out the previous year's form, you may need to sign up again.

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct forms the basis for your use and enjoyment of the garden. All members must agree to abide by the Code of Conduct as a condition of their membership.
At the 2018 AGM on April 29th, the membership voted in an updated Code of Conduct which can be found here.

Here is a map of garden plots and plot numbers. Please note, the garden plots were renumbered in 2017 when new beds were built. If you have any doubt about which bed is yours, please don't hesitate to contact the Board.
