Registration Request and Waiting List Forms
RETURNING members click here for the 2017 Registration Request Form (FORM WILL BE POSTED IN APRIL). Payments are due when you submit your form. No refunds.
To join the waiting list click here. No payment is due until you are offered a plot. If/when you are assigned a plot, payments are due right away. No refunds. Depending on demand, you may get a plot right away or you may be offered one throughout the season. Waiting lists expire Dec. 31st of every year, so you may need to sign up again the following season.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct forms the basis for your use and enjoyment of the garden. Each gardener must agree to abide by the Code of Conduct as a condition of their membership.
This is a map of the personal and communal garden plots for the 2016 growing season. If you have any doubts about which bed is yours, please don't hesitate to contact us.
To maintain a healthy composting system at Cavell Garden, members adhere to the following rules of thumb when adding material to the composting bins:
- organic plants (fresh or dried) cut/torn into small pieces that come from your Cavell plot (i.e. not from home)
Not permitted :
- everything else! For example:
- plants gone to seed, treated with pesticides or diseased;
- brown/carbon items (the compost team is adding brown/carbon items)
