Workshop 20130316

The resources here relate to the workshop on the 16th of March 2013.

They were prepared by Prof Ian Sanders (School of Computing).

Note the expectation is that the learners will use notepad as the editor for preparing their HTML files.

You should thus make sure that you have notepad installed and that you can use it but you should be aware that there are other tools which can be more useful for you. In particular, Notepad++ which is freely downloadable from the web will give you additional flexibility when you develop webpages so it may be worth your while spending some time finding out how to use it.
