Chris has looked after my two cats for 10 years. Straight away I knew my two were going to be in great hands and they warmed to him immediately. One of mine is a little nervous with people and Chris was absolutely magic with her. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a trust worthy, reliable and professional cat sitter to work with Chris.

Hi Chris,

Once again many thanks for taking care of Micky & Daisy while we were away. Putting out the bin, bringing in the post and watering the plants......Phew what would we do without you?

Looking for a cat sitter? Look no further, Cat Comforts provides a service second to none. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and provides a reliable, honest service. Nothing is too much trouble, he even made an extra vist in the storms last year and that was for the guinea pigs!

The texts are reassuring after his visits and any queries are answered promptly.

Believe me, your cats will hardly notice you are not there.

Absolutely fantastic care provided for 16 days for 2 18 month girl cats. I've had cats for the majority of my 28 years and only once have I had to put any of them into a cattery, safe to say I and the cats hated it. Chris provided me with the opportunity to have my two girls at home in their own environment and give me peace of mind whilst I was away half way round the world. I cannot praise Chris enough, booked again already and will continue to do so in the future. If anyone is 50/50 about having a cat sitter, please take the plunge and book with Chris, you and your cats will not be disappointed. Professional, communication fantastic and will be recommending to friends/family in the future. :0)

Your services over the last two weeks were fantastic, with e-mails after every visit and cleaning up after Miss Tabby frequently. Thank you for all your help, and enthusiasm. It was easy to go away and have peace of mind that Tabby would be fine.

Holidays in the past have been spoiled by worrying about the cats, they always get so stressed in a cattery. Cat Comforts gives us real peace of mind, the text from Chris following his first visit is very welcome and our Ocicats Buzz and Woody are always as happy as Larry when we get home. We won't even think about going away without using Cat Comforts to look after the "boys"

I have just realised that after using Cat Comforts 3 times now (just booked the fourth!) I have failed to leave a review.

I am so glad this company exists and is run by true cat lovers. They make me feel at ease whilst I'm away and I fully trust them in my home with my babies! Florence and Maccy seem to recognise Chris now and are always happy on my return. I also get text updates and sometimes even a picture which makes me feel even more comfortable.

When we moved back from 5 years in the US, we were worried we wouldn't find a replacement for our wonderful cat sitter. Having looked around at lots of websites, we finally contacted Chris and arranged a visit. He was highly professional and asked all the right questions giving us immediate peace of mind from the beginning.

We have been away numerous times in the past few months and have no doubt that our cats are in good hands. We always receive replies to our texts (checking in!) and there is always a note when we arrive home.

He has been flexible at short notice and Joanne was very kind this past weekend when one of our cats was a little sick.

I couldn't recommend more highly!

I'd never left my cats with strangers looking after them before and I didn't fancy leaving them in a confined hutch in a cattery listening to other animals. With trepidation I contacted Cat comforts and realised I'd found true catlovers dedicated to putting owners' minds at rest and giving my cats plenty of attention in the comfort and security of their own home. I was happy to receive a text reassuring me all was ok while away. When I returned they were pleased to see me but were just as relaxed as normal. Chris had even spent time grooming Lucy who loves being brushed. I will definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to any cat owner wanting to leave their pets in familiar surroundings.

Many thanks for coming to the rescue and looking after Coco & Crispy the Guinea Pigs at such notice. They were happy chappies on our return and had no complaints. I've meaning to drop you a mail, to thank you so much for looking after Ziggy and Indy, I really feel like they were spoilt with some fuss. They certainly didn't seem phased by us being gone, and so impressed that we had no cat litter to clear up, and all was in great order. It was encouraging to get the texts, and you did all you said you would, including the welcome home letter, really impressed!!

I cannot recommend Cat Comforts highly enough. Chris, Lorraine (and M!) are simply the most dedicated, skilled and kind sitters i have ever used. Whether for 'His Royal Shouty' and his harem here in the UK or for 'The Pack,' their professionalism and devotion is outstanding and knowing you can count on them is such a relief. I know that Rollo is already looking forward to the next visit!

Cat Comforts were a God-send when my cat injured her paw days before we went on holidays. All catteries were booked, cat-loving friends were away and I was at my wit's end.... but Chris took care of her beautifully and I was delighted to have such a happy cat greet us when we returned. I'm away on business a lot and I've used this company regularly for 5 years now. Its been consistantly excellent. The cats like staying home and the place looks lived in to passers by. I'm originally from New York and this type of service was big there. Relieved to find as good a company here.

I would like to say what a very good idea this is. I was directed to Cat Comforts by a friend, because my cats have never been happy in a cattery. I tried Cat Comforts for the first time this year and I was delighted. It's a very friendly and much easier way of doing things, and my cats were able to stay at home without any fuss. Also, because I have two cats who aren't happy sharing a cage at the cattery, I halved my costs.
