Reservations:
Made your reservation by phone or e-mail.
The reservation is confirmed after the payment of half of total, by bank deposit (we send you the account number by e-mail), after a week of the request, after that time the reservation is cancelled.
The amount paid for reservation is not refundable.
To book tell us your name, address, phone, e-mail, the number of persons, if your takes pets and the dates of check-in and check-out.
Requirement of accommodation:
The payment must be completed in day of arrival.
The guests must leave the house until 11 h of the day they depart, or until the combined hour. Otherwise they have to pay one day more.
Check-in: after 14:00 h
The owner of the villa has no obligation to accept the extension of the stay after the end of the reservation.
The guests will be responsible for any damage caused in the lodging. In order to guarantee the payment of damages, the customer may be required to provide a warranty of no less than 500 euros.
Prior to the complete payment, the contents of the house as well as the state of conservation and cleaning are shown to the guests.
Upon completing the payment, guests receive the key, and with this act, guests indicate that they accept all conditions of accommodation, and, any subsequent claims related to cleaning will not be accepted.
The number of people in the household cannot increase beyond the number specified in the reservation without the consent of the owners, who may charge additional fees (additional bed price/person/day).
The owners are not responsible for any loss of values and goods of clients.
The cleaning is included in the price, however:
During stay, daily cleaning is not the responsibility of the owners; clients should clean as they wish.
Before leaving the house, guests must ensure that they leave the house with proper grooming, including taking out the trash to outside containers, toilets and sinks should be cleaned, laundry (towels and sheets) tidy, and the kitchen clean and tidy
