Aaron Kitchen, President and Treasurer

Aaron Kitchen is the father of Carys Rainn and her brothers, Paxton (twin) and Keegan. Aaron’s background is in business and finance, and Aaron is currently employed by The Commercial Bank of Grayson as an internal auditor. Aaron obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University in 2004. Aaron has also passed Series 66, Series 7, and Life and Health Insurance exams for licensure while working as a Financial Consultant. Aaron is a member of the Grayson Nazarene Church and serves on the church board.

Keri Kitchen, M.Ed., L.P.C.C., N.C.C., Secretary/Executive Director

Keri Kitchen is the wife of Aaron Kitchen and mother of Carys Rainn and her brothers, Paxton (twin), and Keegan. Keri is a licensed professional clinical counselor and National Certified Counselor with a B.A. in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson School of Professional Counseling. Keri began blogging during the pregnancy with Paxton and Carys, and continues to do so at www.aftertherainn.com. Keri's other projects may be found at www.kerikitchen.info.

Rev. Scott Hill, M.S.

Scott is the Director of Safety, Security, and Transportation at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Scott holds a M.S. in Loss Prevention and Safety, and a BS in Police Administration and Security from Eastern Kentucky University. Scott also holds an A.S. in Criminal Justice from Ashland Community College, is a Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator and is a Certified Protection Professional. Scott serves on the Criminal Justice Advisory Board of Ashland Community and Technical College, is on the Greenup County Schools Family Resource Advisory Council, and is the pastor of the Wurtland First Church of the Nazarene.

Cathie Whitt, RN

After obtaining an Associates degree in Nursing from Ashland Community College, Cathie spent 10 years as a Senior Community Health Nurse at the FIVCO District Health Department. Cathie has provided care for countless mothers and babies at KDMC in her combined 29 years as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICU, and the Newborn Nursery. Cathie serves as Grief Coordinator at KDMC and specializes in bereavement, caring for families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. In addition, Cathie is the facilitator of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support group through the hospital, and works to organize additional remembrance and support events. Cathie is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Russell, Kentucky and participates in the choir and other outreach ministries.

Tony Dotson, D.O., FACOG

Dr. Dotson completed medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, Ill, and completed an internship and a residency at the University of Kentucky. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Dotson currently serves as the Director of Integrated Leadership Team, Maternal Child Health Council at KDMC, and the Chief of the Department of Obstetrics at KDMC, and is a member of the Medical Executive Committee at KDMC. Dr. Dotson is also a member of the Bridges Christian Church of Russell, Kentucky.

Heather Pick, R.N.

Heather Pick is married to Adam Pick and the mommy to Bryson, Christian, & Wyatt . She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in May 2006 from Marshall University. She is currently employed at King's Daughters Medical Center and has worked in the Emergency Department as a nurse for 9 years. While she was in school. She was a nurse extern at St Mary's Medical Center in labor and delivery. Her passion is to bring awareness to parents who have lost their children and recently started a Miles for Awareness campaign to dedicate her running miles to parents who have lost children or suffer from infertility. She ran her first half marathon in remembrance of over 50 families.Heather and her family attend Wildwood Church of God in Ashland, Ky.
