Carla Silva is an associate professor at the Informatics Center at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Previously, she was an assistant professor at the Center for Applied Sciences and Education at the Federal University of Paraíba (2009 - 2011). He received his master's and doctoral degrees in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2001-2007) and graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Campina Grande (2001). His research interests are in Software Engineering, mainly in the following subjects: Requirements Engineering, Agile Methods and Adaptive Systems. Recently, she reached the milestone of 100 published scientific articles, many of them in conferences and high-impact journals. Its h-index can be found in Google Scholar. She serves as a Program Committee member for many national and international conferences and workshops. She occasionally serves as a reviewer for journals and she is member of the editorial board of the Journal of Software Engineering Research and Development. She is also a supervisor of PhD students.
