Schedules

There are still a few staff members who have not logged into Time Well Scheduled, please do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please see Kim or any other manager.

·         All scheduling changes or time off requests must now be made through Time Well Scheduled.

·         Please do not contact Mike by email or text; you will be instructed to submit your request through Time   Well Scheduled.

·         All schedules will be finalized and posted on Sundays at midnight, two weeks prior to the work week.

·         Time off requests must be made by noon on the Wednesday before schedules are posted.

·         All schedules are subject to change up to two weeks in advance.

·         For shift changes made after the schedules are posted, employees are responsible for finding          someone to swap or cover their shift, which must be approved through Time Well Scheduled.

·         Please see Kim or a manager if you need help with Time Well Scheduled.
