Cleaning deposit will be returned at the end of your event, provided all cleaning tasks are performed satisfactorily. Satisfactory cleaning means all garbage has been collected (inside facilities and on the grounds) and placed in the dumpster provided. EVERY room you use has been swept and mopped, or vacuumed. All surfaces (tabletops, range-top and/or counter-tops) have been wiped clean. All bathroom floors have been swept and mopped, all toilets/urinals have been flushed, and cleaned if needed, all counters and sinks are wiped clean. We provide all cleaning implements: dish rags, cleaning products, brooms, dust pans, mops, mop buckets, vacuum cleaner, toilet brushes, trash cans and bags, and hot water. You provide the elbow grease. Please remember that when mopping a large area the mop water needs to be changed frequently. Mopping the main room floor requires at least 4 (four) clean buckets of water (with cleaning product) to be done properly. Please do not use industrial, or straight, bleach on the main room floor as it may damage the coating, leaving you responsible for the repair.

*Please note: Before your event will be scheduled you must sign and return our rental agreement.  You must also provide a valid Credit Card (CC) number for Security purposes. Your CC will only incur a charge if there is damage to our facility, or other property owned by FRI, during the course of, or as a result of, your rental. Your CC number will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be retained in our records after completion of your event. In the event that you are going to be charged for any damages we will provide you an opportunity to resolve the issue. If no resolution attempt is made we will charge your CC for the repairs and we will provide you copies of the repair bills.
