There are two registration options for the District Optimist Junior Golf qualifier:

 (1) Register online by CLICKING HERE.  PLEASE NOTE: Online registration does NOT include payment. After submitting your online registration, please make payment mail a check for $95.00 to  make check payable to Bonita Optimist Foundation or online at bonitaoptimist.org

 Your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. Onsite registration will only be allowed provided space is available.
