 Once all plans are finalized and permits are approved, construction begins. On average, building takes 90–100 working days (approximately 3–4 months), depending on the scope of the project.

Warranty

 We stand behind our workmanship and offer:

1-year limited warranty on roofing

5-year limited structural warranty as per NHBRC

Both warranties commence upon completion and final handover of your home.
