Conference Announcement & Invitation

CALA/NE Chapter is excited to invite its members and interested librarians to attend the upcoming "Future Development and Service of Global Children’s Librarianship Conference", which takes place August 8-10, 2011 in New York City. A delegation of 80 library administrators from China's academic and public libraries are expected. The conference will include a series of presentations and discussions which will focus on library services to children and youth, technological development in libraries, and ways to collaborate nationally and internationally.
